Warranty Information

We guarantee to the “ORIGINAL PURCHASER” that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring reliable performance under normal use and maintenance. The “ORIGINAL PURCHASER” agrees to the terms of this “WARRANTY.” Coriat certifies that every unit is tested and calibrated to deliver optimal operation.

This “WARRANTY” is valid for one year and excludes damages resulting from:

• Accidents, alterations, or abuse.
• Misuse, chemical corrosion, or negligence.
• Improper electrical current, fires, floods, or other uncontrollable events.

Damages incurred during shipping are not covered and must be addressed with the shipping company. Additionally, this “WARRANTY” does not cover electrical parts such as motors, resistors, or coils, which are subject to voltage fluctuations. Electrical connections must follow the installation manual’s guidelines, and gas type and pressure must comply with specified requirements. Adjustments, calibration, leveling, plumbing, gas, or electrical installation are the responsibility of the equipment installer.

Warranty Terms

This “WARRANTY” covers the repair or replacement of defective parts within one year from the purchase date by the “ORIGINAL PURCHASER.” Products or parts must be returned to Coriat’s facilities in Mexico City with prior written authorization. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the “ORIGINAL PURCHASER.”

After inspection, if our technicians determine the defect is due to materials or workmanship, Coriat will repair or replace the defective parts free of charge. If repair services are requested at the purchaser’s location, the “ORIGINAL PURCHASER” will cover travel and transportation expenses for the technician.

Coriat does not accept charges for services performed by the “ORIGINAL PURCHASER” or third parties on our products, nor do we cover freight costs.
